I’m Elsa Peterson, an early childhood education professional with over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and educators. My background includes classroom teaching, professional development, and coaching educators to create developmentally appropriate environments that foster children’s growth and self-regulation.

Curtis Peterson, PhD

CO-FOUNDER – PSYCHOLOGIST

I am a social psychologist, educator, researcher, with more than 25 years of experience in higher education. My work focuses on identity, belonging, social connection, human development, and the ways our relationships and environments shape who we become. I founded Inspiring Lives LLC to transform psychological research into accessible educational resources that support individuals, families, organizations, and communities. I believe meaningful growth begins when people feel understood, connected, and empowered to build lives that reflect who they are.
